It was just a balanced option for a short break in Eastbourne with real value for money. The hosts provided nice china cups for tea. Try to get a parking permit for the seafront when you arrive.

The King Room was strikingly decorated, and the beds were plush, delivering a restful experience. Special mentions go to the well-appointed bathroom and the powerful shower. Breakfast stood out with its excellent presentation and an array of fresh ingredients, setting a high standard. The serene atmosphere just a short walk from the seafront was nice, though the occasional street noise was noticeable. A great value choice for those wanting both comfort and convenience.

We enjoyed kayaking and got some great cycling in nearby. The location was perfect, close to the beach and a short walk to the pier. The hosts were friendly and even accommodated our requests without any issues. Breakfast was a highlight with plenty of options.
Although our stay was great overall, parking was a bit tricky in the area during peak times.
